I am just wondering how much you guys would charge a client looking for a 10 page html site, no real programming involved.

Designers would custom design from $400 to thousands. You could get a template from designersplayground.com for $49 with flash etc. Then you'd only need someone to slice it and customize the layout to work with your content.

Get online and find sites like what you want, then you can say, "hey, I like this site and want my 10 pages of content added, - how much"?

Depends on the type of website. It may be anything between $100 to $500.

Forgot to say- I have found that work on RentACoder, and my RAC rating was low. So I think, that actually the price could be higher. But this definitely depends on the work type and requirements. I did a lot of graphics for that site.

    Min $400 - $600 for me.
I don't do work for low budgets. :)
And avoid RAC, Scriptlance and GFA. Too many low budget projects in there.
Eg. $5 to code into xHTML/CSS. lol
