Never tried and frankly I don't want to. I prefer to lift the singular weights, just one arm at a time. But I know either way it wouldn't be much, I'm weaker than... I dunno, I'm just weak. God I gotta get back to the gym.
no one here to big into lifting? im surprised that i have high numbers...im only 17? ive been lifting alot for football...trying to get stronger to play some college ball. o and if your trying to increase ur bench max the buckeye bench workout is amazing!
To me it sounds like you're probably a really big dude, especially with that squat. I'm benching 315 raw as a 185 lber, since I'm into powerlifting.
ya right now im 265 at 6'1. i have to use straps for my squat cause i have some knee problems...lol. but my bench is raw.
