Go here http://inventory.overture.com and punch in a term. It'll tell you how many people searched for it last month on Yahoo. If it's low/next-to-nothing, it won't even give a result. To get high PR, you need other sites with good PR to link to yours.
You domain is not indexed by any keyword that what he meant To develop a domain ,First you need to decide on which topic you will make site on.Make a site ..make some quality content ..Get some quality backlinks ..
