How much do tables affect SEO?

I have a site www.mumbaiproperties.info which has been designed using tables..So how much does table design affect SEO?

 

div less will prefered by google now a days.

Tables are an outdated way to design site layouts, hands down - if you could get away from that, you would be better off in general.

I am also curious about the answer here. I would be surprised if there were any significant negatives to using tables when it came to SEO.

I have heard a lot that using to much java script is not quiet good. is using a lot "div" also caused the same problem?

 

Using Div will actually help your site. Tables are older way to design a site where as in DIV based design, search engines can get to the content very quickly. I don't think it affects in the SEO as search engine crawlers are smarter than ever and can read the content from table based design as well.
