How Much Do First Page Sites Sell For?

    Hi,

    I have an amazon based micro niche website which gets 1300 searches per month, and it is sat at position 4 on Google!

    If I am able to get that up to the top 3, how much do you think I could sell a site like this for?

    Even if you have rank 1 page 1. If site is making zero money from all this traffic then the site is worth nothing. If you are making money you can sell it for 10+ monthly income.

    yeah, I've had a hard time selling non-monetized sites, even if they rank really good. People want a lot of value for little $$$...

    1300 monthly searches is very poor... that's just 40 per day... you might get 4 visits per day from it LoL. Like others have said "you may get 10x monthly revenue" - there's a lot to consider.
