I have a page with over 357,000+ likes, and someone reached out to me about buying. I didn't know people sold pages and I'm not sure how much I can ask for it. The person offered a price I know is definitely too low and I don't want to get ripped off. About how much would a page like this go for?

Check fiverr for selling your traffic. Depending on how nche specific your audience is you could make a lot of money but you would make more promoting offers to them.
there is many factors that estimate your page worth.but i think you should keep your page and grow it then build your own business on it.just my 2 cent
I never knew people sold pages, but it would have to depend on the niche I guess. I wouldn't sell your page, unless they made you a offer you can't refuse.
