I'm looking at finally starting to use adsense for my website. It's a very small niche site which I hope I could use to pay the bills. I need to you guys to tell me an average approximation of the money a site with the following stats can make: Source: Google analytics Time Frame: Past 30 days *numbers rounded off for easier calculations Unique visitors: 4,000 Total visits: 5, 800 Bounce Rate: 55% Total pageviews: 24, 800 Average time on site: 4.5 min Pages per visit: 4 % new visits: 64% I know that alot of the revenue depends on how I can fine tune the ads to please the visitors, but I think that a more experienced developer than myself can be able to tell me how much I'd be able to make on average with such numbers. Feel free to shoot low, I don't want to rest on my laurels
The reason I ask is, If you have [example] 50 external links on the same page as your Adsense Ads, that will make the chances of an Adsense click a little less. We can't really say how much you will make [ballpark figure], you'll just have to test your sites. It's all about how you place your Adsense Ad on your site (colors that match your site links, etc..), how much traffic, how many external links to compete with Adsense links. If your sole intention of your site is to make money, then don't give your readers very many options to leave your pages, unless it's an Adsense link, internal links are ok, that just adds page impressions.
without a url and seeing the site - not a clue? It all depends on your target market and your ad placement. Sorry but your post is pointless without further info.
I have a blog that makes at least $110 a month with 4K unique visitors. This is from a very, very small niche (I'm talking very small niche). With your position in the SERPs, & your domain name you should be making a lot more than I am!
