How much could my site be worth? And how can I generate revenues?

I have a two month old niche site that focuses on about 20 diseases. Last month the site generated about 450 visits and 2500 page views. I'm not seeing any money from the site as I only have advertisement at the bottom of the homepage (way below the fold), and nothing on the highest ranked pages.

About 90% of the traffic is from search engines, the rest are direct hits. At this traffic level, any idea how much the site could be worth? And, any ideas on how to increase traffic / revenues?

Dude, if you have that much targeted traffic, I would definitely be pushing some sort of Clickbank affiliate product, depending on the disease.

For instance, if you had a page about Acne, you would obviously promote an Acne related product, etc...

Don't you wish you would have monetized it a while back? hehe...seriously though, it's never too late to start. Diseases are huge right now, and there are plenty of related products to push.
