I currently have a site that makes $500 a month recurring profits

    Payments are recieved by paypal

When i do an advertisment on a site it sells out all the spots within 20-48 hours ( because I have a 50 member cap )

How much would this be worth?

Niche is a membership site offering one PLR product a month

Maintenance is about 2-4 hours a month, talking to the person thats going to create the PLR ebook each month for you, The contact details of this person would be included.

URL is the one in my sig

    Hi rhys_davies,

I remember seeing this site a little while back, nice job!

If it really is making $500 recurring profit, I wouldn't let it go for any less than $5000. Membership sites are huge at the moment and at this point the only way it can go is up (more subscriptions, members staying members for a long time etc.).

    Good luck!

EDIT: I forgot to ask, how many sales are affiliate sales?

Oh, you don't have much revenue stats. In that case you won't be grabbing someone with that amount of money to spare who would be willing to take the risk.

I vote $6000 with at least 4 months of revenue stats and stats that show traffic and where the dudes are comming from.

Ok, I have 2 months revenue proof already, and will be able to provide traffic stats so i will sell in 2 months maybe

Right now from your opinion and the other peoples opinions looks like i will get $6,500

Anyone else think this figure is right?

I would say wait for proof!

I value sites at (monthly profit) * (12 months) + assets = price.

I agree with GrAveTzT - if you can verify your revenue and stats, you should be able to pull $6K or so ... good luck!

Yes, 12 months gross revenue. $6000.00, maybe a little less if you want a quick sale.

For a membership site with a recurring income of $500 a month, I don't think you should accept anything less than 10X the monthly income, unless you are really desperate for the money.

And since you said that you membership cap is 50, which would be roughly $1650 per month if you do an aggressive marketing of the site. If you decide to hold on o the site for a few more months, I would advise that you should just market it aggressively and reach the 50 members cap.

Then, never sell it. Instead hold on to the $1650 monthly income. You probably won't want to sell that income, would you? :)

    Just my two cents.

Well all 50 Spots are actually sold as i sold membership for $10 each when i first launched.

But everytime time someone unsubscribes now its only open for the $37.97 spot, So i will eventually make the $1650 per month

    Then the site would be worth $1650 x 12 = $19,000?
