I have a blog and I am thinking of selling it. It is a PR3 domain located at www.nsaneblog.com. It usually gets around 150-200 Unique visits per day and an average of 20K visits per month. The total number of backlinks is 5600 with totally unique content. I have some key words I top in. Also, it is 1 year and a half old. What would be the best price I could get on it?
I'd say $100-200'ish, but it would be even more if you update it more often IMO. Only two posts in each April and May, none in June, and none in July so far. Update it more often and I'm sure it will only increase in value.
No, I have updated very often up until then, but then I stopped. So once updated again, it will raise because when it was being updated the traffic was a lot bigger than what I stated in my first post. In the thread post, I am talking about the traffic you get while just leaving there and not writing anything.
One of the other things to look at is the number of subscribers you have, subscribers drop off when you stop posting. As a buyer you are really looking for return visitors (subscribers) and constant updates. If you are looking for higher prices you might want to update your blog atleast once a week before selling. Right now you will probably get between $100 - $300 for it. Many buyers will figure out their offer price based on how much your subscribers respond. Good Luck on your Sale.
