I have a page on my game server hosting website that is PR 6. The page focuses on free PC games and it was on the homepage of Digg.com several months ago. I've been thinking about selling text links, but am unsure of how much to charge and I haven't seen very many PR 6 sites like mine selling links, so it's been hard to determine pricing. What kind of price could I get for a link per month? Assume that I would put no more than 8 links on the page.
Where would the links be located? If you're going to place them in a prominent position you could sell them for advertising value, rather than just based on the PR boost the advertisers would get.
You can determine a price based on the location of the link on your website and the traffic you probably get to that site. We usually charge between $15-20 per link on our PR 5 sites.
It depends where you put the ad. If it was at the top then I'd say $20-30 per month, but remember, it's what people want to pay - it might only go for $10.
text links: PR 6 + Main Page + High Traffic = $25-30 PM depends upon the client some time as well. from a person lookin for seo s/he may offer you $50PM as well.
