How much could I get for these domain names currently?

I recently just purchased a couple of domain names as I have a new found passion for purchasing domain names.

I recently purchased:

http://www.popularnerd.com/

and;

http://www.peelopen.com/

As it stands do you think these domains are worth very much, have potential or are monetisable?

I'm not sure what to do with them, but advice on their worth would be appreciated.

 

Both nice domians. PopularNerd.com would make a good blog or something? As for PeelOpen.. Dunno! I'd give them both a value of mid to high $xx.

 

I was thinking of maybe putting something on them, getting back links, Pagerank and Alexa rank which would no doubt make the price for these domains higher.

I mean the keywords "popular nerd" in a Google search returned: 6,010,000 results which means that there is potential for this domain.

Peel Open are two common words and could quite easily suit a blogging type website as well.

I find no value in these.

 

What are you basing this evaluation on exactly? I need more than just six-word sentences. I need some reasons people.
