How much could a warez blog cost?

I'm wondering, one of my mates owns a warez blog, it receives 12-15,000 unique visitors and more than 50,000 page loads a day. It has 5000+ posts. He's planning to sell it, how much could it cost? thanks

 

could be 10K to 15K worth.

 

In the K's like mahacan said, Warez sites seem to have great value, considering loads of people go to warez sites.

 

if I had a site like this I wouldn't sell. He can generate some revenue from that blog.

 

It all depends on how much money he is making and how much time he is spending on it.

First, If its resonable, Buy it!

Get some more posts, Post some content on, Add Google adsence, Put up offers for advertising on your forum.

Once you start earning some income, more people joining daily.

After you've completed these steps, few weeks/days/months or even years have gone buy.

Sell it! Sell it for more money then you brought it for, then you'd lose no cash, You've earned ALOT more profit, and Bamb!
Buy another forum and do the same thing, Trust me, it works.. I do it.

invisible121, Try the monthly revenue x 10 then try to put a price on the traffic. Put it up for sale with that starting bid.

 

Forum/Blog, Mostly do same things, Blogs you can post content, So can forums.

'not can you put adsence on a warez website.' Yeah, Wrote without thinking. Anyway, Can still put advertising up for good money. If you get popular enough, people can pay into the 100$'s for advertising to earn some hits.

Sell it for 10-15k and then run away as warez sites can cause legal issues. I mean you want 10K not be sued for 10K!

 

Are you sure somebody would buy it for 10k? Couldn't even think about it. The link to the site doesn't sound like warez. Maybe it's a good domain and you could set up an online shopping for it or whatsoever. Where can I sell websites anyway? and another thing, its a wordpress one so do you think someone would be interested if I sell the xml export? So they could just import all my entries with 95% working download links on other blogs. It will give them an instant warez blog with thousands of entries already. How much do you think I could sell the xml file?

Wordpress is good, Many sites, even popular ones use it.

Hmm.. Depends, Depends on the content and how usefull it is ect.
