    at least 1 per day. some day will drink up to 3. if i drink more than that i would not sleep for whole day and night lol.

    i dont drink either tea or coffee . its not addictive and danagerous to health if we take less than 3 cups per day, since they provide antioxidants --- especially form organic tea
