Last time I worked out, I was at: 15 reps @ 145lbs. 10 reps @ 155lbs. 10 reps @ 175lbs. 8 reps @ 185lbs. (my weight) The most I've ever done once is like 260 or so.
I don't do free weight (no one to spot) and do 200 lbs on the machines. But the machine stops @ 200 lbs :\ I weight about 160 lbs
My bench sucks...I haven't maxed out in a while, probably around 200. I only weigh 160 right now. My deadlift is in the mid 300s, and I squatted for the first time in AGES. Sets with 225 killed me lol.
