How much can you abuse H1?

    <h1> <h3> <h3> each is enough.. as long as you put your targetted keyword oh those tag.

    Is it important that we put our keywords in other tags like <i>, <li>, etc... ?

    Agreed. I swapped the styles on my header H1 and H2 tags, meaning my page looked exactly the same, even though technically the H1 was smaller. Result? My target search term just shot up in the SERPs.

    All my posts were titled with H3s. I just changed them to H2s with the same style. I'll see over the next few weeks whether that makes a difference.
