How much can it cost to change the color of the vbulletin

I'd like to know How much can it cost to change the color of the vbulletin and obviously make buttons to match with the colors.

why not just use a number of the free vbulletin themes?

 

I don't get vbulletin templates in french, that the problem

Also bing a countrywide forum, would prefer something which goes with the flag contry's colors

 

Maybe I should get some one to just design the buttons in french..

 

you will surely get the psd along with any skin that you buy..you can just edit it to your needs

Do you think it worth the money?

Otherwise I am not complaining but want to know if I can still pay the same amount for another country's custom style..
