How much can I spend to buy valid PR 7 and PR 8 domains

    I am planning to buy PR 7 and PR 8 websites. Basically my intention is to develop these websites with good content and monetize by selling text ads and blog posts.

    How much do you think is a good price for a valid PR 7 and PR 8 domain.

    a couple grand, Pr 7 and Pr8 sites don't come on sale very often

    You have to spend nearly 10000$ to buy atleast one PR8 and one PR7:)

    Wow. That is ex. A PR6 cost thousands already I believe.
    I think it is easier to buy PR3 or PR4 and build on it.

    Prices(estimated prices) are as follows for Dropped and for Non dropped PR7,PR8:

    Dropped PR7 Price:700$-1000$
    Non-Dropped PR Price:3000$-7000$

    Dropped PR8 Price:1200$-2500$
    Non-Dropped PR Price:8000$-13000$
