Search term "fake job references" gets 480 global searches per month with almost no competition.

The economy is horrible, people are desperate to get work. Thus, fake job reference businesses are booming.

For how much can this domain sell?

It's worth nothing. You can always write your own fake references as I have done it several times. No one is looking into there references and usually they are templates written years ago and your managers secretary just puts your name on it. If someone would sell phone call references then it would be a whole other story but it's not going to happen because it's too risky.

Back to domain valuation. Make sure you put it on all domain forums and marketplaces and hope for the best. If you can't sell it within a year make sure you let it to expire because there is no real value. Someone in that shady market wouldn't want to spend more than $10 on domain name.
