One of my websites is raked 20,000 in Alexa. I don't know how. If I start putting ads on these (maximize + good spots + good networks), how much money should I be able to get a month, approximately? can someone give me a rough estimate
I see that someone took my place. I will say it too ! Alexa ranking dont matter . What it matter is the unique visitors ! IF you have a good PR ( 4-5 ) you can sell backlinks on your website!
I agree with the rest. Selling ads or back links from your sites depends on real traffic and how much PR you have. If a person is looking to really advertise their site, they will want to see they amount of unique visitors and will pay no attention to your Alexa rating. If they are looking for PR juice, they will want a site with higher PR. Alexa ratings are only good for sites that offer pay per posts because that is one of the factors they look at.
yes alexa ranking is not accurate just the amount of unique visitors you get is what matters as advertisers will like your site more if you have a decent amount of unque visitors.
