Is the site making any money? Does it have tons of unique content? Does it have anything else worth mentioning? How old is it? Without the above information it's virtually impossible to give you a meaningful valuation.

The site is about 3 months old. The template is kind of unique yes. It isnt making much money yet, becouse I havent been focusing on getting profit out of it.
30 uniques/day is not too much; better keep working on it to pump it up and make it bigger. I don't think it's worth much like this; maybe few $10s.
I have a related question. Where is the break? In other words, at what number of visitors or $ earned does the value begin to take off and increase rapidly?
Nice looking website, It's in its early stage so for now you would get maximum $15 or $20 which is not even worth selling
Nice looking template. With some more free stuff, and viral marketing you can put this website into a good profit. your market is also pretty niche, people always look for free, especially such kind of stuff... good job so far...
