How much BIN i should set for this article directory

    here's my site which i am willing to flip in near future
    check it here its and article directory
    with pr 6
    around 700 indexd pages
    200 registered authors

    please give your opinion about suitable bin price

    I think 1000-1500$ the bin:)

    yes it was pr5, but with latest update www version went to pr 6 and non www version to pr 0
    i have to set up a 301 on non www domain, canonical issue
