how much back links in 10$ from alertpay

I have 10$ in my alertpay account, with this amount how many permanent one way back links i can purchase.

you can buy it a pr 5 for one month but if you need permanent then buy a review blog post of pr 3, or 4 with two permanent links.

I have clearly specified in the post that i am only able to pay via AlertPay.
On the website whose link u have shared only accepts payment via paypal.
