How much are you willing to pay for this?

    A friend of mine has a site that is ranking highly on search engines on competitive keyterms like text links, sell text links, buy text links and many others. He wants to sell that site, how much should be paid for this? any idea?

    Thats a really hard question to answer because there are so many factors that can play into the cost. For instance, people can use techniques to get their site to the top of SERP's...but this would only be temporary. We would really have to take a look at the site to tell you for sure.

    Can not post the URL in public, this site has been in top ranking for about 1+ yr now, i am sure most of the companies that buy links know this site. Has good number of backlinks and some high ranking sites are also linked to it.

    How can anybody tell you the price ( even approximate )without knowing the site , its content ,checking its credentials and other parameters?
