I know that .com domains that conatin one word are very valuable and so are .net and .org.

But what about others? like .info .biz .mobi etc

Are all one word domain names worth it?

It does depend on the word, but if it's a good "com" domain, it will probably be a good "info" domain, as well.

A bit of judgment applies here.

Depends on the name, but usually $xx,xxx - $xxxx .net and the others are much less. again, it depends on the word

It very much depends on the word, and on the history of sales that the same or similar name had in the past. That kind of information you can get by buying a so called "Appraisal" from a companies like Sedo.com.
They will research their sale record and try to find old transactions they had with same domain names and will give you an estimated worth of the domain. That price doesn't necessarily mean you can easily sell it for that price, it just means there is a chance.
