How much are my sites worth?

How much do you think the next 3 websites together are worth?

www.tibiacity.org
www.tibiaml.com
www.tibianordic.com

2 of them are official fansites of the game they're about, and one is on its way to become one. Revenue is about $100 but ads are just placed without optimalisation. All have many active users.

 

I say all together 20,000. They are good but look like they can be done way better.

 

Nice niche, worth maybe $15k

 

I would say, only around $500-$1000 As 2 off them dont seem busy, (meaning little comments) The other looks a wee bit busy, i.e forum, you have a alot of registered users, however not alot of active users! (You really should check out, why that is)

I like the first and the last one. Tibianordic has a good number of users for participation. You can try to make the second site a little attractive.
But, overall it is good.

As a rule of thumb, I've been told that websites tend to sell at about one year's worth of revenue.

 

you make $100 a day with those? You're serious?

 

Im assuming $100 a month. $1000 for the three would be about what you might get.
