If the number is in binary then, WOW, it figures out to $5,457,473.

    Am I correct?

Correct? Yes, it's binary. That's where your correctness ends. Dunno how you got to that number. Considering one 1-byte character like a digit consists of 8 bits, there's no way 24 chartacter binary string can be a 7 digit number.

On the forums I run the mods are officially not payed, but I have taken to sending them a little money around christmas time. A bonus if they have been helpful.

I got that one off my Ozzie colleague, aparently there they use it in order to not having to say Sweet Fuck All spelled out. So they say SFA instead.
