Maybe about $16 each per site. Just my guess.

I'd say it will depend on how much time and efforts are required to make this much. And whether the revenue will remain consistent, increase or not.

45 sites are too much to manage. So not many would be interested in updating/managing this much of sites .

Site usually worths one year profit. So they worth in total 60$ x 12 months = 720$ or 16 per site

45 sites earning a total of $60 month is indeed profitable, especially if no maintenance is required to keep them updated and retaining their traffic totals (which continue to increase as well as revenue). I agree it is a lot to manage but I should have specified, these are minisites with 4 articles on each site (no management required).

If you're selling, I'd buy them all!

tweak them a little bit get some more traffic to them and you will earn more money from them. I would keep them maybe add some more ways to make money from them like clickbank ect.

Right now 100% of the revenue is for adsense, though people are constantly emailing me through the form on each site asking to purchase the product (which I am not selling)

I'd say x12. It could be more depending on content and possibility of increasing traffic/revenue.

Seems to be a concern to me. Why are you not selling the product?

I am not equipped to sell it, and it is not in my revenue model.

I think that if you put these sites as a package on flippa you should be able to get at least $1000.

People say 10x the monthly revenue but they generally go for more - view the adsense tag on flippa.

Also the more effort you put into presenting your sites to potential buyers the more you will get, so include as much details and statistics as possible.

How would you get a 1,000 for those sites in which they earn little over a dollar a month. Am i doing the math wrong on the sites revenue... 45 sites = $60 month total? Sounds like traffic is a problem for those sites so it'll be hard to get a good price for all of them. $16 a site i agree with. Are they on free domains or paid ones also?

    45 sites @ $60 month rev = $720 YEARLY
    45 sites @ 8.02 reg fee yearly = $360.90 YEARLY

    = PROFIT

These are on fully qualified top level domains, each is a separate domain and separate site. I am dominating the search engines right now. Today my minisites raked in over $6.00. I plan to duplicate the successes I have found here and increase my portfolio share, and essentially give what is demanded to the searcher.

I don't do any promotion at all, I just let them sit after development. As far as this research experiment suggests, there is no reason in the short term to add new content.
