Ok I have a website running phpBB2 and I have anew vBulletin license. I have also had a desing made up for me in photoshop for a new look for my website. So I need to get someone who is competent in vBulletin, to apply the design to the site, import everything from the phpbb2 site and make a couple of customisations to the website. So my question is how much should this cost me? and how can I find a competent vbulletin developer. I have advertised it before (budget was too low though) and only had people, who think that cos they can install vBulletin that it makes them a developer, interested.
Better post in BST Section. Go to vbulletin.org and ask there. Phpbb to vb needs Impex. You must have a valid vb licence to use Impex. Btw, what is your budget?
Thanks for the reply Dev! The budget is what I was asking about, I am unsure what sort of value to put on this work. I tried with £150 before but I realise that this is woefully low. So I was thinking about £500, does this sound more reasonable?
If you want a fully custom coded vbulletin with custom coded template. That sound ok. The work can be done by skilled php programmer with vb knowledge. I can do this, if you want.
