So is there an average limit on how many adwords campaignes on employee can run without being overloaded? Anyone with experience in this?

There is he can run 5 smaller accounts (1000 or less keywords) or 2 Large Account (5000 or less keywords) or 1 Large accounts with tens of thousands of keywords...

Also it depends on objective.. if he is required to just maintain the accounts then it is not much

Really depends on the market(s) + expectations + ability of the person handling the campaign(s).

I think there are so many factors Cypherus...
    How large each campaign is?
    How many Ad Groups?
How many Keywords in each d Group?
How many Ads in each Ad Group?
What is required? only monitoring the performance for an already-optimized campaigns?
or monitor then optimize/improve the performance change ads and track results?
    etc..

too many things to consider as you see :)

I think that's one of those questions that doesn't have a right answer. For example, I have one campaign that to manage effectively and meet expectations takes a pro 10 - 15 hours a month. If you don't know the industry and can't automate a lot of what you do that # would be x2. I have other campaigns that meet objectives and take less than an hour per month. If you took those two and used them to come up with an average it would be pretty skewed don't you think?

best reply in this thread the average will never work because the factors involved create extremes so if in a small niche not a problem since it will take less time but in a competitive niche more time and focus is needed
