Ok. You need to know the exact search of your keyword. CPC and keyword competition is fair. You need to rank #1 in google, I predict you can earn a decent amount of money should be more than $10 per day.

To rank #1 in google, you have to work on link bulding and link wheal strategy. It depends on the competition for the keyword you are targeting.
With that CPC and search volume you can actually earn decent amount from adsense. But for that you need to rank your website to #1 in Google. And that needs some hard work from your side.
Even if your keyword has no competition, there will be no earning if no one visits your site. Do your assignment on building traffic first before thinking of any earnings...
You can't put an exact measure on that. Build up traffic, monetizing it later will be easier so don't sweat about it.
