    NY Times article from Jan '06 says $10,000/mo. Since I am new and cannot post URL yet, just Google Shawn Hogan and DP. I suppose it is a lot higher than $10k by now.

    $10k a month is nothing to sneeze at but PlentyOfFish owner is reportedly pulling well over that per day via AdSense. This entire industry inspires and humbles me all at the same time.

    Stumbling onto DP while launching a member-paid site in July '06 got the juices flowing. So, thanks in advance to this great forum and hope to pull up a chair and stay a while. I've got a lot to learn though, and my head is spinning.

    if only he placed google ads on http://www.digitalpoint.com/ he could be earning much much more. after all, its that site that gets loads of traffic and high alexa ranking, not this forum. you see, alexa only detects domains, not subdomains.

    for example, if you see the ranking of flash-addict.bizhat.com it shows the same ranking with bizhat.com... :p

    i dont think shawn is a billionaire;) .Forbes website shows the name of 990 people in their billionaire list and i could not find shawn there Though Larry Page (google founder) was on 26th position.
