    Depends, not all traffic is created equal. If 100k visitors hit your site and bounce because they are not targeted, it's a negative because they are wasting your resources.

    I can buy 100k in traffic for pennies, don't mean it will convert.

    A PR7 can only be used to sell links. You can't put value on a website based on the PR7, unless you want to get it for SEO purposes, but that's another story.
