I have a 5 year old niche website and its pulling 10,000+ unique visitors and its continue to grow naturally. The keywords are not that popular and seasonal only. But it is kinda competitive for people who are in these kind of business.. The adsense cost for this kind of business is around $3-$6 per click...

Then I check my email and one of my visitors offered me to sell the domain/website to her..

My question is how much would you think is a fair price for that website?. Considering the hardwork I did and the contents I created for it.. I dont really know.. I dont want to sell it then realize that I was short changed and regret it ..you know..

Please I need your honest opinion..

    Thanks..

generally, it is worth your monthly revenue * 12 to 48 months, if the domain is premium or generic then you add the value of the domain to that price.
