    if your site has genuine content then go for Adsanse.
    otherwise try its alternative like Chitika, Infolinks etc and also put some affiliate links/banners

    if you have mainstream as Michael said AdSense is great if you got good content
    if you have adult site ten plugush and juicyads are the best or mobile and pay really high for some countries

    $100 is pretty standard. I dont suggest mobile intersititals, will most likely increase your bounce rate. I have also seen some mobile monetization methods have dramatic influences on SEO (in a bad way).

    If you banned for mainstream networks, I would suggest you to try Fidelity Media, they're pretty good with mobile traffic.

    Intersititals can be configured to be launched with a delay or lower frequency to reduce any negative effects.
    Anyway, it's has much less influence on SEO than "mobile redirects" :)
