How may I lift up limit my PayPal account?

    Some months ago my PayPal account has gone limited. In the Resolution Page I got nothing reason for this limit and I got nothing information how I will lift up my limitation. I have also contacted to PayPal using contact form but they said nothing about this matter. So how may I lift up my PayPal account limit? I account has $196 only and registered as US resident and my account verified by Bank no CC.

    I guess you are not an US resident and signed up with a false name. There's doesnt seem to be anyway to lift the limit in this case. If you do have a solid proof that you are an US resident, just call up paypal and send in the details.
