Use some thing which is necessary to explain. Too short and too long is not good.

For SEO, you should have 60-70 characters for the Title and a maximum for 150 characters for the meta description.

In theory you can make them as long as you want. The problem is that search engines "cut" your title and description.

There is a limit on the characters that search engines display in the SERPs. To target the maximum of search engines, I would advise to use a maximum of 60-65 characters for the title and 140-160 characters for the description.

Note that both the title and the description may be longer than that, it's just that the characters above this maximum may not be displayed in the SERPs. But you may extend the description, for example to target additional keywords. The title may be also longer, for example to provide additional information in the browser to your visitors. just remember that those are not displayed in the search results.

But the number of words is irrelevant. I suggest, however, that the main keywords are always placed first.

You can use as much as you can but Google will show only the limited range of text.

Good information guys. On Page SEO should really go hand in hand with Off Page SEO.
