    it is really hard to say how many sites you need to earn that money, 1 good site can earn more than that, 1000 bad sites can earn nothing.

    It can be depended on the contents of your sites even you have one web site.If you have niche site about in high paying key word don't worry about the how many web sites?

    If you have a content based website and the topic is related to something that you know very well about. Then within some time you can write content for it. And the traffic and adsense will do its work.
