How Many Website a Publisher can Add in Adsense Account?

    Yes, there is no limitation but the site should not violate Adsense TOS

    You can add as many sites as possible. Only your first site will pre screened, even if you add illegal sites you might get adds earnings but you might end up getting banned completely.

    So always take care.
