how many ways can I know if and when google bot access my site.

1, use google stuff:webmaster tool. Or search it ,look search data
2, look site log:not good, many user can not look it ,forexample blog or Managed Hosting.

3,use a analytic tool. not good. it only give you a overview log ,can not know what is google bot log.

i only use to check my site logs that google has visited my site or not

 

If you have awstat on your hosting server, it tells when and how many times spiders from all the search engines have visited. It also tells how much data they indexed. Very useful for tracking spiders. Raw web log files work as well.

 

well if u have like smf or phpbb forums - it'll show if the bot is visiting or not - there is a smf mod that lets u see the last time google bot visited.

 

I think awstat or webalizer in your cpanel may help you..

I just watch awstat it is good. but it seem it can not give me report on day basic.I wanna know a complelete list of google bot accessing my site.does awstat give me the report?
