now I think you are near to joking
talking about VPS, raid, etc and unaware of very MOST basics of a Linux system .....

    1.
    FORGET about servers

    2.
learn basics first during next few years
learn shell commands and the entire world Linux architecture

    3.
as my final contribution to your basic Linux learning:

to find a file - you should at least KNOW by heart the location of all basic files on YOUR system. in emergencies, search for the file:

    locate sshd_config

then cd to that path or work in that path using full path

    4.
    google
    5.
    google more
    6.
find tutorials, learn FIRST on ONE system before even thinking about server control
and since you appear no friend of google at all
you may consider purchasing an old fashioned paper book
or get a printed manual from your dist about all basics of YOUR Linux dist

From your first post I got the feeling you were building a node to sell VPS. Honestly, you should stop right now. Because it doesn't seem like you know the basics of manning a Linux/Unix environment.

I've seen enough those fly-by-night VPS providers that does nothing but cause havoc for clients. Due to several inabilities: 1) No business plan. 2) Not technically savvy. 3) Overgrow too fast and can't support the client base. 4) Making promises and not delivering.

    Just my .02.
