How many visitors ?

Hi Im new to the board and have a reptile related website that has been up since may. We have a forum and recently started a blog loaded on our server running on Wordpress . Can adsense be run useing wordpress and how would I load it. How many visitors would you recommend before trying the software? Also can I load it to a forum ran with SMF ? Can we post links to our sites or in a signature on this forum?
