Hi mate, welcome to DP

Do you have cpanel? go into there and select statistics. If you dont have that then there are loads of free stats scripts. If you dont want 1 of them then give me about 3 weeks and I'll give you some PHP to stick on your site that will measure all kinds of treasures I'm writing my own stats system for a client so that I can monitor stuff that the statistics system already in place doesnt cover.

 

I get about 2400 uniques/day on one site; another about 1200 uniques/day. If I got 100,000 uniques/day, I'd be in fat city! on adsense revenue alone.

 

www.hypnosisaudiocds.com averaged between 100 and 200 perday (unique IPs) over october.

there is an ftp/stats option, choose awstats

ok, log into your cpanel and there is going to be a button for "Web/FTP Stats".
Click on it and then click on "awstats" on top, at least that is my preference

You managed to find your stats? Don't worry if you haven't. If the site is like a week old then there won't be much point telling me your stats yet but I would be interested in learning them in a few months time

 

Four hundred visits/day
About 100/uniques/day
local business/training school w/job placement asssistance

Pretty good rankings.

Before optimizing about 150visits/day
About 50 uniques/day.

A little extra information.

Our conversions average 2-3 visits before converting. The range is 1 - over 20 visits before converting.

I've checked with a webmaster for the same idustry. His site is also high in the serps. He averages about 22-25,000/visits/month for about 18 separate metropolitan markets with about 22-24 school locations. Some of his members have active web sites that generate significant traffic on their own, some don't have sites and all web traffic comes from his site. I'm pretty sure his site is ranked higher in each metro market than the individual schools in each market. Have no idea about his uniques.

I couldn't find any of this stuff posted on the web. All I could find was the top 50 US sites, not very helpful needless to say

I'll post the results on my site once I have enough information to do so.

e-commerce hobby/pets site: up for 9 months. 1000 - 1200 uniques a day.
e-commerce toys site: up for a year. 400 - 700 uniques a day.
e-commerce health site up for a year. 800 - 1000 uniques a day.
corporate website up for a year. 100 - 150 unques a day.

What would be more interesting to know is the SEO effort applied to the sites. For ours:
