How many @username can I write to without spamming?

    Hey guys!

    I'm about to start a charity cause on Thunderclap (https://www.thunderclap.it/) and to raise awareness I'm thinking of targeting 180 famous twitter users. I will tweet each one by themself like this:
    @username Hi! Can you please support my cause? http://thndr.it/test

    Will twitter view this as spam?

    sure . if you do it simultaneously then your a/c will be suspended.
    180 is too much : just do more than 6 in 2minutes and bang your a/c gone.

    If multiple users report your tweets as spam you will be banned pretty quickly.

    It would be a waste of your time anyway. Those accounts are usually staffed by a team of people and they are not authorized to promote your charity.
