how many updates minimum?

    I heard if we update our web page once per month then SE spiders won't often visit our website, it is true? Then how many updates minimum?

    Am updating mine frequently if I have time...it's always better to update.

    yeah I know. I also updating my main site every day. Just curious because I always updating my other site once per week.

    Updates especially of contents is the food of search engines because they love fresh information... I think once a week or once per 2 weeks is good....:D
