how many uniques do i have to get to attract sponsors?

I currently have a christian dating website in which has only been up for about a month. I'm currently getting 1,400 a day in uniques according to google analytics.
My question is this how many uniques a day do i have to get in order to go to the big companies like Best buy, verizon, t moble? To sell ad space on my website? thanks for your time any info would be greatly valued!

 

I'd say around 2500-5000.

you can certainly start there. adjust the price as your traffic goes up/down.

 

I don't know if I would try to push consumer electronics, cellphones, etc on a Christian dating site. Especially the mobile stuff. The way they typically advertise is borderline deceptive, and I think that could turn a lot of your visitors off eventually.

Are you getting groups of visitors in any specific areas ?
In Analytics go to "Visitors -> Map Overlay" and you can see which cities you're getting traffic from.

What about looking for restaurants, and other activities in these areas that these dating people might want to do and approaching the companies ?

mainly gettting traffic from the usa i get 85% USA the next is canada and the next after that is austrialla cant spell worth a crap. what can i charge for a banner once i do get in the 5000 a day range? per month.
