Title says it all really, this isn't a spam thread, i just don't think any other category fits this one.

It's more of a little survey for my future advertising program niche.

If you could just give me a few decents answers that would be great.

    Many thanks,
    Jamie Hann

I personally think 500 UVs a day is far to steep, i'm thinking on a monthly basis what would a webmaster expect for $1.00 per month? Be reasonable please =)

I can get 500 user boost for free (it lasts about 1 day and only 3-5 increase per day visitors) so for $1 I would want 20 or so new visitors per day for at least a month (and they would need to generate revenue for my site - not just blank 1 page visitors).

Honestly, This is kind of saying, how much of your currency can I get for a dollar.

The answer? Depends what currency you want to buy.

If you want 1000 general visitors from digg, that probably have very low productivity (average page views per visitor), I'd guess that 1000 digg visitors may be worth a dollar.

Now, if you were to send me 1000 visitors who are interested in Mesothelioma cancer, Diabetes, ringtones or other niches that pay out very well, I may offer your $200.

On the same note, the geographic location where the visitors come from is also going to weigh quite heavily on the value. It is extremely hard to monetize many Countries and to be perfectly honest, some countries you are better off banning all together as the bandwidth burdens to provide them content outweigh any financial gain.

    Anyways, that's my 2 cents!

How targeted are the visitors? What sort of traffic source is it?

It's going to display banners, targeting mainly webmasters, so web hosting companies, designers, programmers and that sort of area would benefit from this. I'm still in the middle of programming a CMS so it won't be advert ready as of yet, i'm just really trying to get an idea of what sort of traffic people were expecting.

    Cheers,
    Jamie

YOu get what you pay for... for $1 maybe you might get a lot of automated traffic, but if you want real visitors, then you've got to put up a little more than $1

Obviously $1.00 isn't going to get you too far, but if this included a lot of backlinks and good traffic that's interested in your site, would anyone be interested then?

I have a really good niche that i think people can gain quite a lot for just $1.00 per month. This needs a lot of work but it will work properly. No robots or any rubbish like that, just people that are interested in your website.

For a mere $1, it depends on the quality of the visitors. I would say 20 unique visitors if they are targeted or up to 1000 visitors for low-quality ones.
