    I have eleven Twitter accounts, and I guess it's good to try to get targeted followers if you can.

    You are right, The main thing is to get targeted followers. But it is more easy to get followers for single account then eleven accounts!

    Its good to have different twitter account for different sites. So that the site name and the twitter name are same and easy to understand for the followers.
