    Hi,

So how much traffic are u getting in now? Is there any change that u see in the site performance....
What kind of modification u did? Is it content related or looks that u have modified?

You can easily chk the performance of ur site by looking at ur traffic and if u pls let me know i too will do the same thing to promote my site too.

    :D

It really depends on the results it give after modifying the index. I suggest to analyze the results after the changes then decide how often you will do it.

On some sites I have a latest news box on the index page which I update every time there is something newsworthy to say.

This helps keep fresh content and if you update it quite often it gives a sign to your vistors that the site is up to date.

its what i think also, if visitors notice changes on your site it gives a boost of trust so they think the website is quite up to date(which is true anyway)

It really depends on what your site is about. My SEO site never alters between redesigns, and in all fairness I don't use it to attract business. In fact I have taken the contact telephone number off it.

It all depends if my serps have gone down if they have, then I edit my index 4 - 8 times a month.
