Try to submit only your main home page link to those social bookmarking website which have good indexing ration like 5 to 10 days, and then after for search engine optimization purpose, you need to submit your inner pages links in same way in social bookmarking website between sort time intervals. it will give boost up to your website traffic simultaneously to your search engine ranking also.

 

submit as many social bookmarking website as you can, but you can't submit the same websites or your homepage, choose some websites with the important news or something interesting, as far as possible make your article really happened.
